Eusebiu Huțan has distinguished himself through his musicality and the beauty of his timbre on the most important stages in Romania, being recognized as one of the most promising tenors of his generation. Over the course of more than 200 performances, he has interpreted some of the most representative roles of the lyric tenor repertoire, the most notable including Rodolfo in La Bohème by Giacomo Puccini, Duca di Mantova in Rigoletto by Giuseppe Verdi, Alfredo in La Traviata by Giuseppe Verdi, Nemorino in L’Elisir d’amore by Gaetano Donizetti, Lensky in Eugene Onegin by P. I. Tchaikovsky, Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni by W. A. Mozart, Rinuccio in Gianni Schicchi and Maurizio in Adriana Lecouvreur by F. Cilea.
After more than 20 years spent in Italy, the homeland of opera, where he discovered his talent and took his first steps on stage, he returned to Romania to study under the careful guidance of tenor Marius Vlad Budoiu. During his studies at the “Gheorghe Dima” National Academy of Music, Eusebiu became a soloist of the Romanian National Opera in Cluj-Napoca, where he continues to be applauded today.
