The electronic ticket / tickets are presented at the event printed on paper, A4 format in the size indicated by the dotted line.

Each electronic ticket offers one entry per person.

Electronic tickets displayed on the screen of your mobile phone or tablet are not accepted.

The ticket loses its validity if the electronic ticket is damaged or cannot be read.

The ticket loses its validity after the spectator leaves the location of the event.

The ticket loses its validity after the start of the show.

If the ticket is damaged or unreadable, it is not valid. If the tickets are damaged, print new ones.

Failure to comply with the commercial terms and conditions or the use of the ticket for purposes other than those provided, may lead to the cancellation of the ticket and may prohibit the access of the ticket holder to the event.

• Ticket return

The ticket (s) purchased for a particular event can only be returned if the event is canceled or postponed, and only until the start time of the show specified in the ticket.

The ticket buyer has the right to return the ticket / tickets purchased according to the point at the box office of the Theater until the start time of the show specified in the ticket.

The equivalent value of the show tickets is refunded only under the conditions stipulated above

The ticket / tickets purchased for a certain canceled or postponed event can be exchanged for tickets valid for other events.

In case of cancellation, postponement, or change of the program of an event, the amounts resulting from the additional costs (transport, bank fees, etc.) will not be covered.

The value of tickets that have been purchased with stolen cards or card data cannot be returned.
